Snickerdoodle Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

My sister's birthday was a few weeks ago and she LOVES Snickerdoodles. I was at school during her birthday, so I wanted to make her a birthday cake when I finally got to come home to celebrate. I wanted to turn her favorite cookie into a delicious cake. This recipe is simple and really moist and yummy. You can make this cake into a sheet cake or a stacked cake with tiers. I made it into a sheet cake.
Snickerdoodle Cake:
2 1/3 cup of flour
1 1/3 cup of sugar
4 tsp of baking powder
1 1/3 cup of milk
1/2 cup of melted butter
3 eggs
3 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
First, preheat your oven to 350 and grease your cake pan. I used a 9X15 pan. Then, mic the flour, the sugar, and the baking powder,
Then mix in the milk, and the melted butter.

Then, mix in the eggs.
Then, mix in the vanilla and the cinnamon.
Then, using a mixer beat the mixture on high for 1 minute.
Then, pour the mixture into the greased cake pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Then, let the cake cool and wait till it is cool to frost it.
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 cup of butter
4 oz of cream cheese
3 cups of powdered sugar
3 tbs of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon
First, beat the butter and cream cheese until it is creamy.
Then, add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time and mix.
Then, add the milk and mix.
Then, add the vanilla and cinnamon and mix.
When the cake is cool, frost it with the icing and you can top it with even more cinnamon! :)
