You all have probably noticed that I am obsessed with muffins. I love muffins anytime and anywhere. I love muffins because you can put any flavor combination in a muffin and they are usually pretty easy to create. They also make the perfect breakfast or anytime snack. This recipe is very easy and simple. The muffins come out fluffy and super rich and chocolately. So next time you are looking for an easy breakfast or brunch recipe to please the whole family, check these muffins out. You won't be disappointed.

Chocolate Chip Muffins: Makes 12
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2/3 cup of milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
11 oz of chocolate chips
First preheat your oven to 350 and spray oil on your muffin tins. Then, in a large bowl mix together the flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Then, in a separate bowl mix together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Then, combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat until well combined.
Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
Then, fill your muffin tins 3/4 of the way full.
Then, bake for about 17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Then, let them cool and enjoy! I like to serve them a little warm :)
